It
was a distinctly inclement evening in early July when 18 brave souls with
7 Morgans (which included Richard and Ruth Brown's beautiful F4 three wheeler)
met for a really enjoyable noggin at The Brisley Bell. It had been raining
and hailing the proverbial 'Cats & Dogs' all day, in fact for the previous
month, but at least it was just showers so some of our number who seem to
h
ave forgotten how to erect their hoods were not driving in continuous rain!
We were made very welcome by the landlord and no one got bogged down on the
grass in front of the pub. The talk soon settled down to more sensible subjects
like 'the 2 positions on tonneau studs' and 'choosing the correct variety
of Locktite that will prevent timing cover bolts coming loose'! Altogether
it made one proud to be associated with such Morgan owners!
